Henryk Mucha is a graduate of the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

From September 2012, he held the position of Sales Director at the ATOS Polska Group (formerly the Bull Polska Group). His responsibilities included strategy and product offering development and sales enhancement in the energy&utility area and sales to the public sector. His role was to acquire new sales areas while building partner sales channels.

In 2005–2011, he was responsible for sales at IT companies, including Innovation Technology Group SA and WASKO SA. Previously, he had been with PKN Orlen SA, where he was responsible for coordinating sales support at all Regional Retail Offices.

He is an experienced manager focused on achieving sales targets, creating strategies and winning new markets.
