A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Lodz. For 17 years he has been the President of the Chamber of Commerce Polish District Heating. Previously, the Director of the Department of Public Utilities in the Office of Housing and Urban Development and worked as an expert for the Association of Polish Cities.
