Jarosław Wajer is a Partner in EY Business Advisory. He specializes in projects connected with performance improvement especially for the companies from the energy sector. He participated in key processes that influenced the current shape of the energy sector such as termination of power purchase agreements, unbundling the Transmissions Systems Operator and Distribution Systems Operator, consolidations, privatization processes.
He is graduate of the University of Gdansk. Polish Statutory Auditor; ACCA and CFA certificates.
