She has been working for ArcelorMittal Poland since 2008. Initially, she has been responsible for legal affairs and implementation of Compliance program in companies belonging to ArcelorMittal group in Poland. Since 2012 she has been Human Resources Director in ArcelorMittal Poland and she is responsible for shaping human resources policy as well as results of HR Office in ArcelorMittal Poland. Prior to this, she was employed by Delphi Automotive Systems Poland, but she started her professional career with Warsaw office of CliffordChance law firm.
