Tadeusz completed his Master’s degree in molecular biology at the University of Lodz. He also studied philosophy at this University.
Additionally, he took postgraduate courses: The Master of Science in Science and Technology Commercialization – MSSTC (Postgraduate School of Science and Technology Commercialization) at the University of Lodz and Texas University of Austin and The Strategic Business Planning for the Development of Enterprises in the European Environment at the Warsaw School of Economics.
The creator of portal Biotechnologia.pl (1998) and the originator and the initial principal organizer of the BioForum (2000) – Central European Forum of Biotechnology and Innovative Biobusines (www.cebioforum.com), the main biotechnology event in Central Europe.

He defended his Ph.D. (1992) in medical biology at the Medical Academy in Lodz and next he got the D.Sci. degree of medical sciences in medical biology area at the Medical University of Lodz. Since 2007 he is a professor at Medical University of Lodz and head of the Department of Medical Biotechnology at this University.
He is the author and co-author of more than 60 research papers, several review articles, patents and scientific essays. Area of expertise: molecular (personalized) medicine and commercialization of biotechnology R&D projects.
Tadeusz is involved also in business activity as a President of the Board Bio-Tech Consulting Company (www.biotechconsulting.pl). The company is an expert in early R&D projects assessment in life science sector.
The area of expertise is: Technical due diligence; R&D project valuation; IP Management; Market analysis; Business matchmaking.
