From his career beginning Tomasz Haiduk is connected with industry, especially with applications of automation technology and drive technology in modern production lines and manufacturing.
In Siemens Poland, he is responsible for sales in automotive, chemistry, engineering, F&B, mining industry sector and information security. 2009 - 2014 he was Director of the Industry Sector in Siemens Poland.

He is an expert in scope of automation in industry, modern robotics, Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things. Commenting on the condition of Polish and international industry in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Participates in the Industry Transformation Team of the Ministry of Industrial Development.

He graduated Warsaw University of Technology, Institute of Industrial Automation, Department of Precision Engineering, as well as the Kozminski University, where he graduated MBA. He is studying Ph.D. at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the College of Management and Finance.
