Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Where can I sign up?

You can register online at www.npexpo.pl under the Registration tab.

2. Is there any other way I can sign up?

No, you can only register through the official website.

3. When is the registration deadline?

The registration is open until 25 September 2018.

4. What does registration look like?

Go to the Registration tab on www.npexpo.pl and study the information about available access packages. Enter your e-mail to set up a new account.

I already have an account:
If your e-mail address is already registered on our system, you will be prompted to log in or retrieve your password. In the latter case, a special unique code will be sent to your e-mail address. Type it into the relevant field; then introduce and confirm your new password. Once you have logged in to your account, verify your personal data and select the conference panels that interest you. When you sign up, you will be redirected to the application status page (New – pending approval). This means that your application has been sent and is awaiting verification.

I don't have an account yet:
If your e-mail address is not on our system, you will need to create a new user account, i.e. introduce your personal data, choose a password and accept the data protection clause. After you have completed this step, you will be sent a special activation code (remember to check your SPAM folder). Please note: do not shut down the browser page. Choose the panels that interest you and sign up for the Congress. When you sign up, you will be redirected to the application status page (New – pending approval). This means that your account is active, your application has been sent and is awaiting verification.

5. What is the activation code?

The six-digit activation code is used to activate a new account. It is sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

6. How long will it take before my application is verified?

Verification may take up to a week. If you don't receive a special notification after that period, please contact us at rejestracja@ptwp.pl

7. How do I log in to my account?

To log in, open the "Registration" tab, choose the "Register" button and go to "Your Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

8. How do I change/correct my data?

You will find an "Edit Data" option in your account.

9. Is it obligatory to choose panels?

It is obligatory; you will not be able to go on to the next step of the registration process unless you make the choice. Please choose the panels you wish to attend.

10. How can I change my choice of panels?

Go to the "Select Panels" tab in your account.

11. How can I withdraw?

You can find a resignation button in your account.

12. Do I need to provide a photo?

A photo is required to attend the events and use the services offered as part of the Premium Zone or VIP Zone packets without verifying the identity otherwise. Adding a photo is fully voluntary in other cases.

Photo requirements:

  • the photo must be up-to-date
  • the photo should identify the person in question
  • no third parties are allowed in the photo
  • max. file size: 2MB, format: .jpg

13. Will I receive any further information once my application is approved?

We will send you an e-mail message containing all the important practical details. The message should arrive several days before the event. It will also contain a barcode that you should print out or present for scanning on your mobile device.

14. Is it free to take part in the Congress?

Attendance in the conference is free (solely the conference and exhibition parts). Applications are subject to approval by the organizer. Paid access – see points 15-19

15. What are paid access packages?

An access package offers you a chance to purchase additional services, i.e. catering, access to the meetings zone and an evening party.

16. When can I buy the extra package?

You will be able to purchase the package once your application has been verified. You will receive a special e-mail notification.

17. Do I have to buy an extra package?

Buying an extra package is not obligatory but not doing so entails giving up on additional benefits.

18. How do I buy a Standard or VIP package?

You will find a dedicated link that will take you to the relevant page in the e-mail sent to confirm your application. You can pay by card or proforma invoice. Should you have any questions, please contact us at: dostep@ptwp.pl

19. How long will it take for my status to change once I've purchased the package?

Your status will change once payment has been recorded in the Organizer's account.

20. Can I purchase a package on the day of the event?

You will be able to do so, with payment by card or by invoice after the end of the event.

21. What should I carry with me on the day of the event?

Bringing the barcode and a visiting card with you will make it easier and faster to pick up your ID card. You can also get your ID card by providing your personal data.
