A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, where he obtained a master's degree at law. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering in the Operation of Steam, Gas and Combined Cycles Power Plants and Combined Heat and Power Plants, and at the Kozminski University and the University of Warsaw at the Faculty of Management - Management in Public Administration. 

He has many years of experience in managerial positions, he worked in local and government administration as well as investment and legal advisor. He dealt with consultancy in obtaining funds from the EU. He was leading the teams on the implementation of many investment projects.

He has experience in the preparation and implementation of linear and cubic investments as well as technological systems in the power industry. He carried out projects in the area of M&A, as well as restructuring and development activities in enterprises. He served in the supervisory boards of energy, defense, trading and other industrial companies.

From January 2011, he was the vice-president of the Management Board of Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej in Wołomin Sp. z o.o., and from January 2016, the President of the Management Board of PGNiG Termika S.A. He is the vice-president of the Management Board of the Polish Society of Combined Heat and Power Plants.

He performs the function of the President of the Management Board of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. since November 13, 2017
