From February 2018 HR Executive Director in PKN ORLEN S.A. For over 5 years engaged in HR field. Responsible for HR strategy in the whole ORLEN Group and social dialog with trade unions. Accquired her business experience working for one of the biggest energy companies called Energa S.A. and the Agency Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARMA), the biggest accredited paying agency in Europe. She graduated the course of mediation at the workplace and numerous specialized training with employment and human resources management.
